SOG Compat - Jam types and Open bolts (#8563)

* SOG Compat - Jam types and Open bolts

- Machineguns and SMGs fire from open bolts
- Fire and Dud Jam types for Grenade Launchers, Revolvers and Shotguns

* Update CfgWeapons.hpp

* Update pistols.hpp

* Update weapons.hpp
