Replace ace_common_fnc_stringRemoveWhiteSpace with CBA_fnc_removeWhitespace (#4222)

* Replace FUNC(stringRemoveWhiteSpace) with CBA_fnc_removeWhitespace, Depreacte ACE's

* Use QFUNC

* Bump required CBA version

* Change remove version to 3.110.0
