Provides a system for implementing mine detectors and adds 2 of its own (`VMH3`, `VMM3`).

## 2. Usage

### 2.1 Interacting with the mine detector
- Select your mine detector.
- Use Self Interact <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>⊞&nbsp;Win</kbd> (ACE3 default).
- Select the `Equipment` option.
- Select the `Metal detector` option.
