Compat SOG - Add barrel swap for MGs and belt linking for drum magazines (#9439) 
* Add barrel swap support to SOG MGs

* Set SOG MG drum mags as belts, allow belt linking

* Remove tracer mag configs

Since they inherit from the "normal" magazines, these config entries, indeed, seem pointless.
