Adds item 'ACE_entrenchingtool' Adds 2 trenches; Envelope - Small & Envelop - Big

Whitelist surfaces for digging

Single surfaces can be whitelisted by adding ACE_canDig = 1 into CfgSurfaces. Example:

class CfgSurfaces {
    class myAwesomeSurface {
        ACE_canDig = 1;
    };
};
