- Improving timing of AI rappelling
- Allowing damage when rappelling if heli engine is off

43dc73963a Rappelling improvements 
- Adjusted rappelling audio timing to eliminate sound delays
- Improved AI auto-rappel script
- Reduced max rappel speed to 100km/h. Player will fall from rope if
helicopter moves over 150km/h.
