refactor: different TypeOption between DateTime and LastModified/CreatedAt (#3356)

* fix: stringify date cell includes time if true

* refactor: LastModified and CreatedAt type option

* chore: frontend implementation

* chore: some adjustments and fix tests

* fix: integration tests

* chore: timestamp type option ui
