Changed appearance of the "howtostar.gif". It was width="1000", which leads to a messy layout.
Also changed the alt text for the image to a better suiting one.
Remove installation instructions and point to documentation instead. This removes duplication, and reduces errors.
Change the order of the intro texts
Added cargo-make in the attributions
