33b3520a10 Added profilebitmaps to shellextension 
Now the shell extension profile pop-up menu
that occurs when you right click on the desktop
background will also show pictures to help you
choose.

415ff0eed0 Rename HeliosPlus to DisplayMagician 
Decided to rename the application to DisplayMagician
to make it way more discoverable. Turns out there are
a LOT of applications named HeliosPlus!
