Fix installer script for macOS. (#1630)

Browse Source 
* refer to the platform as 'osx' instead of 'mac', otherwise the
composed URL to micromamba is wrong.
* move the `-O` option to `tar` to be grouped with the other tar flags
to avoid the `-O` being interpreted as something to unarchive.
