* change repository in mkdocs config to lstein

* adapt changes from repos main README.md

* add PR to mkdocs-flow

* update docs/index.md
- removed unecessary headlines
- added instructions how to host the docs locally
- removed TOC since it is already available via MkDocs
- update appearance of the latest changes

* Update appearance of docs/featuers/changelog

* add me to the contributors
and a small cosmetical change to docs/other/CLI.md
