psychedelicious 3aa6a7e7df feat(ui): minimum gallery size 
Add `useMinimumPanelSize()` hook to provide minimum resizable panel sizes (in pixels).

The library we are using for the gallery panel uses percentages only. To provide a minimum size in pixels, we need to do some math to calculate the percentage of window size that corresponds to the desired min width in pixels.

Organization of the source tree:

app -- Home of nodes invocations and services
assets -- Images and other data files used by InvokeAI
backend -- Non-user facing libraries, including the rendering
	core.
configs -- Configuration files used at install and run times
frontend -- User-facing scripts, including the CLI and the WebUI
version -- Current InvokeAI version string, stored
	in version/invokeai_version.py
