Merge pull request #15 from mag37/run_rework
Did some work to allow for selecting containers which are not docker compose -containers. These containers will get skipped by default but the user have the option -r to allow updates of docker run images. This is not recommended - as you'd still need to stop and recreate the container manually to use the new image.
