tt2468 99cbaaf34c Base: Implement ObsWebSocketApi + cleanup
- Implements a WIP ObsWebSocketApi, for obs-websocket-api.h. Events are
finished, but requests are not.
- Some logging improvements
- A bit of code cleanup around the plugin
