Adds the ability to repack magazines of the same type.

2.1 Repacking
- For this you need multiple half empty mags of the same type.
- Press the self interaction button CTRL + left windows (ACE3 default keybind
Self Interaction Key). - Select
Repack magazines. - Select the type of magazines you want to repack.
