Translations - Add and Improve Missing Japanese (#8924)
* Japanese Translation Update

Fill missing Japanese translation and Weird translation fixes made long ago.

* Remove Corner Bracket and change it to apostrophe

* Update STR_ACE_Common_unloadWeapon

* Update SunflowerSeeds Description
