Small Arms - Add stringtable (#7823) 
* Convert Small Arms to Stringtable

- Convert Small Arms component to stringtable
- Added Vector 45 additional magazines still listed as 30 rounds.

* Newlines end of file

* Fix stringtable

* Remove unnecessary string entries

* Apply suggestions from code review
