Fixes #3725

Add typecasting

* Add types to:
- INVENTREE_CACHE_PORT
- INVENTREE_EMAIL_PORT
- INVENTREE_LOGIN_CONFIRM_DAYS
- INVENTREE_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS

* cast DB_PORT to int

* Add logging statements
