62f2ceafd4 Update ge_turret.mat
Fixed utility_panels_01.TGA in ge_turret.mat since it previously only had one MIP which made the texture look too sharp from far distances.

li_turret.mat: replaced lib_weap1 with a lighter version.\nrh_turret.mat: replaced Damage1_128 with a newer version.

be7bd45620 Recreate B-dtl1-2.tga and B-dtl1.tga
B-dtl1-2.tga was upside down in br-capships.mat, which caused the Bretonia Battleship to look a bit strange sometimes. Additionally, both textures in br_turrets.mat were generated without additional mips. Both issues have been fixed in this commit.
