The Utility materials and Civilian ship materials both used 'cv_glass' even though the properties for the material is different. This name collision explains why sometimes if you undocked from a particular system (e.g. Kyushu or Edinburgh) in a Civilian ship, your cockpit glass would be blue instead of yellow-brown.
