Hack to allow minimap rotation.
...
Currently it just always rotates towards the camera, but it wouldn't be
hard to create a config option that swaps out the rotation of the
indicator and the map.

Remove currently unused audio assets
...
This clears out about 56MB of unused audio files.
There were also some unused methods in the audio modules which
referenced a file, which has also been removed.
