981c961ce1 -Switched to CBA keybinds. 
-Localized keybinds.
-Removed fnc_cameraIntro.sqf; superfluous.
-Various code clean ups.
-Changed: Condition for mission end now checks allUnits (todo: change to allPlayers when available).
