Tools Redone to take advantage of BIS_fnc_itemType; coding
inefficiencies addressed. Output now correctly lists items that were
missing in the past including backpacks and glasses.
Added definitions of common headers.
Broke common functions into a separately compiled list of functions.
Reduced the toolbox to 4 tools.
Removed useless code and comments.
Added notifications that the scripts had successfully run.
