6107cd8630 Removed old-style dungeons
I believe this means that trees are the only thing still using the
old-style structure spawning. Maybe it can be simplified a lot more?

81306ad31f Add a default world map.
Also adds map versioning, proper scaling, and updates sediment
rendering.  It also tones down warp.
