* Add mass
* Add density
* Add collider.
This one is strange as always, I don't know what's wrong, but debug hitbox
changes only after death. Real one seems to work.

resources.rs EXP on kill is now shared between damage contributors. A "damage contributor" is either an individual entity, or a group - depending if the attacker is in a group.
