6b0fc57ce3 Move global maintains above rendering 
Also moves the call to the AudioFrontend constructor to take place in the
GlobalState constructor

22286c24e6 Play random music whenever a track ends 
To support this, a global_state.maintain() method was added that calls
audio.maintain().
