15c65c5779 Adds HEI magazine. 
Configs default "1000Rnd_Gatling_30mm_Plane_CAS_01_F" magazine as CM5:1.
Keeps "ACE_1000Rnd_Gatling_30mm_Plane_CAS_CM51" for legacy reasons.

- Disabled 'rebuild requiredAddons' in Mikero tools
- Remove DeRap as a requirement
- Simplify Arma 3 Tools and P-drive (obviously has to be 'properly' set up)
