Explosives - Fix incorrect shotParents (#9171) 
* Update fnc_setupExplosive.sqf

- Added `setShotParents` to the resulting explosive, enabling support for kill tracking

* Add setShotParents to fnc_placeExplosive

* Remove setShotParents from fnc_setupExplosive

* Move setShotParents into place event

* fix tabs
