ad96617d3a - Tagging cleanup.
- Replaced "Tag wall" and "Tag ground" for a single "Tag" action.
- Added more reliable checks before placing the tag
- Allowed non-player units to tag (via API).
- Replaced execRemoteFnc by events

b83be88571 Enhance ranging.
KeyDown will now apply a static range calculation. KeyUp calculates the target movement and reapplies the calculation as normal.
