Defuse object doesn't get cleaned up on it's own. But if a player comes near it with interact menu on it will get cleaned up.

Made explosives use children action points rather than the listbox at all points.
...
Added the ability to defuse on explosives. "on explosives", there is a helper object that handles defusing.
Known issue, it appears that the attachTo explosives don't detonate. This means the currently approach should be changed to a object variable method, instead of an attached object method.

- Bring scale legend to ingame map
- Tweak map colors to make them exactly the same as ACE2 (had to import road colors directly from Arma 2, cause ACE just used defaults).
- Hide bushes and trees from the ingame map (they remain visible on the editor)
- Keep sattelite texture toogable, but with a opacity of 50%.

- Add cursored self interaction menu (for using inside vehicles)
...
- Renamed the base menu "SelfActions" to "ACE_SelfActions"
- Limit the amount of objects the player is shown interactions with. This are the 3 nearest objects which have active action points visible on screen.
- Cull action points that are not visible, to far away, etc before checking if they are active.

Major plumbing upgrades on interact_menu:
...
- Store only one compiled menu per class
- Actions added through apis for invidual objects stored on the object separately
- Replaced the concept of uids by paths. This allows adding/removing actions inside other actions loaded from config seamlessly.
- Temporarily removed caching of nearby actions (probe). We may go back to that if needed pretty easily. This allows the player to move freely with the interaction menu opened.
